The Education of David Peterson

Attorney David Peterson graduated in 1967 from Cadillac Senior High School. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Michigan, and he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1975. During his time in law school, he was bestowed with numerous honors, including recognition as the top student in his class in estate planning.

History With the Prosecutor's Office

David Peterson has been admitted to practice law since 1975. He worked in the Marquette County Prosecutor's Office, as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, from 1976 to 1982. He was also the Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, from 1977 to 1982.  

Private Practice Experience

From 1982 to 1997, Attorney David Peterson was a partner at Blakeslee and Chambers, PC, a law firm in Traverse City. In April 1997, he became the president and sole shareholder of the Law Offices Of David Peterson, PC. He has received numerous professional accolades.
